Terms of Service
Ultra Planner is currently in beta. These terms cover your use of the app and website. By using Ultra Planner, you agree to these terms. We'll update them as the product matures and notify users of material changes.
Using Ultra Planner
You must be at least 13 years old to use Ultra Planner. You're responsible for the activity on your account, including keeping your login credentials secure and using the app in compliance with applicable laws.
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it to harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Beta software
Ultra Planner is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. Your race plans are important — please don't rely on the app as your only record of critical race-day information during the beta.
Your content
You own the race plans, drop bag lists, fueling notes, and other content you create in Ultra Planner. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely as needed to operate the app for you.
You're responsible for the content you create and share. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use.
Crew and shared plans
When you share a plan with crew or pacers, you're choosing to make that information visible to the people you share it with. Be thoughtful about what you include, and remove or revoke access when you no longer need to share.
Pricing and payments
Ultra Planner is free during the beta. Some features may move behind a paid plan once we exit beta — we'll communicate any pricing changes clearly before they take effect, and you'll always have a chance to review before being charged.
Disclaimers
Ultra Planner is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular race or event. Race-day decisions — including pacing, fueling, gear, and safety — remain your responsibility.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultra Planner and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the app.
Termination
You can stop using Ultra Planner and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.
Changes to these terms
Because we are in beta, these terms may change as the product evolves. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active users by email or in-app message.
